Anxiety and comparison distract us from really listening to the Lord's heart.

In this series, we hear the story of Mary and Martha, how one chose to sit at the feet of Jesus, while the other kept herself busy with tasks.

- Martha wasn't just busy preparing, she was also comparing herself to Mary. Believing that what she was doing had greater value than Mary's actions. 

- Martha began serving out of frustration and not out of love. This can lead to  a cold, dull heart when we are not serving from a place of intimacy.
